Millionaire Nick Foley has risen from the gritty streets of New Jersey to the
palm-lined avenues of Beverly Hills through a frozen food empire that he built
from the ground up. When Foley decides to improve his public image, he
adopts six orphan girls, ranging in age from about six to fifteen, who
are determined to stay together. Nick must then struggle to resolve the
conflict between his time-consuming business life and the girls' need for

by her faithful talking horse Starlite, 'the most magnificent horse in the entire
universe' and her personal sprite Twink. She lives with the Color Kids
in the wonderful Rainbowland.
But not everything is always peaceful, they occasionally get opposition from
Murky Dismal and Lurky from the gloomy Pits. Try as they might, these two

My Little Pony Aired: September 1986 - December 1992
Based on one of the most beloved toylines of the 1980's, My Little Pony started
out as a couple of animated specials and a feature film before finally becoming
a cartoon series. It's various incarnations told the adventures of the little
ponies and all of their friends as they lived in the beautiful Dream Valley.
There were literally dozens of ponies of all different colors - they were
divided into earth-bound ponies, unicorns, and pegasus ponies. But all were
fundamentally magical beings and each had a small picture on her back that

The Care Bears characters were created in 1981 at American Greetings, but
weren't sold as toys and other products until 1983. To keep the character
program secret until it was ready to be advertised, it was called Project II
by American Greetings and the company's partners. They were called this
